In the free download package of each game there's a template that allows you to save the games you play here, offline.
Stress prevention
Since fights better take place on than over the board, it is recommended to carefully read the 'word on notation' for each game, before starting. Remember: the applet is little more than a board and accepts illegal moves just as a physical board would.
